Terms of sale

These terms apply to every order placed with Botanvè FZC LLC, licence BC-892005, Amber Gem Tower, Ajman, United Arab Emirates. TRN 105543038100003.

Prices are shown in UAE dirhams excluding 5% VAT; VAT and delivery are added at checkout and shown before payment. Prices and stock are confirmed at the moment of order. Where an item is listed as price on request, a written quotation forms the basis of the sale.

Payment: we accept Visa and Mastercard through Stripe, and instalments through Tamara. Bank transfer to Mashreq Bank is available on request for trade customers. Goods remain our property until paid in full; risk passes on delivery.

Orders: a contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. If an item is unexpectedly out of stock we will contact you and refund in full.

Installation: split AC installation is an optional service at AED 450 per unit. It covers wall bracket mounting and outdoor unit placement, up to 4 metres of copper pipe, refrigerant line connection and pressure test, drainage pipe, indoor-to-outdoor wiring, and commissioning. Extra copper pipe is AED 75 per metre for 3 and 3.5 ton units and AED 50 per metre otherwise; removal of an old unit is AED 75; a new wall bracket is AED 50. Scaffolding or a crane, the electrical isolator, plumbing and main electrical work are the customer's responsibility. Extras are settled with the technician on site.

Product information: specifications and images are provided by manufacturers and are for guidance. Refrigerant gases must be handled by qualified technicians and in line with UAE regulations.

Liability: our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by UAE law.

Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Ajman have jurisdiction.
