How pricing, payment and delivery work at Botanve Store.
How do I get a price?
Press Order now on any product, or add several products to your price list and send them together. Give your name and a phone number or email, and we reply with the price, usually within the hour during working hours.
What are your working hours?
Monday to Saturday, 8 am to 6 pm. Requests sent outside these hours are answered the next working morning.
How do I pay?
Your price comes with a link. Pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay; or pay by bank transfer to our UAE company account.
Do you deliver across the UAE?
Yes, to all seven emirates. Any delivery charge is shown on your price before you pay.
How long does delivery take?
Most stocked items are delivered within 1 to 3 working days after payment. Items sourced to order have the lead time shown on your price.
Is VAT included?
Your price shows the subtotal, delivery and 5% VAT separately, so you see the full total before you pay.
Can I return an item?
Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days, except refrigerant gas, air conditioners and items ordered specially for you. Contact us first.
Do I need an account?
No. You can request prices as a guest. An account lets you track requests, pay in one tap and reorder.
