Delivery & returns

Delivery is available across all seven emirates. Orders are dispatched the same working day when placed before 2pm in Dubai and Abu Dhabi; other emirates are dispatched within one working day.

Delivery charge: AED 20 per order for parts, refrigerant gases, air curtains and accessories. AED 110 per order when the order contains an air conditioner, because of size and handling. The charge is shown in the cart before payment and includes 5% VAT.

Expected delivery time: 1 to 2 working days in Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman and Abu Dhabi; 2 to 4 working days in Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain. Orders placed on Friday or Saturday are dispatched on the next working day. Large or bulk orders may take longer; we confirm the date by WhatsApp.

You will receive an email when the order is confirmed and again when it is dispatched. Our driver or courier calls before arrival, so please keep the mobile number on the order reachable.

Returns: unused items in original, unopened packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Contact us on WhatsApp or email info@botanve.co with your order number and we will arrange collection or advise where to send it.

Non-returnable items: air conditioners and refrigerant gases cannot be returned once dispatched, for safety and handling reasons. This does not affect your rights if an item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items: tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We collect the item at our cost and send a replacement or a full refund, including the delivery charge.

Return collection cost: AED 20 per order for parts, AED 110 for large items, deducted from the refund, unless the return is because the item was damaged, faulty or incorrect.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 to 14 working days of the returned item reaching us. Card refunds appear on your statement according to your bank; Tamara refunds are processed through Tamara and adjust your remaining instalments.

Cancellations: an order can be cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch. Message us on WhatsApp with the order number.

Warranty: manufacturer warranty applies as stated by each brand; keep your tax invoice as proof of purchase. Warranty claims are handled through us, so contact us first.

Installation: split AC installation can be added in the cart at AED 450 per unit. The terms shown before you accept set out what is included and what is charged extra.
