What we collect: your name, email address, mobile number, delivery address and, for trade accounts, company name and tax registration number; your order history, enquiries and quotation requests; and technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view.

Why we use it: to process and deliver your orders, to issue UAE tax invoices, to answer enquiries and quotations, to prevent fraud, to improve the store, and, if you ask for it, to send you offers. The legal basis is performance of the contract with you, our legitimate business interests, and our obligations under UAE tax and commercial law.

Payments: card payments are processed by Stripe and instalment payments by Tamara. They receive your name, contact details, address and order amount so they can take the payment and check for fraud. We never see or store your full card number.

Other providers: Cloudflare hosts the store and protects it from attacks; Microsoft handles our email; Google provides sign-in if you choose it, and analytics and advertising measurement. These providers process data on our instructions and may store it outside the UAE, protected by their own contractual safeguards.

Cookies: we use cookies that are necessary for the store to work, such as keeping you signed in and remembering your cart. With your consent we also use analytics and advertising cookies from Google to understand how the store is used and to measure our ads. You can accept or reject the optional ones in the cookie banner, and change your mind any time through the banner link at the bottom of the page. Blocking necessary cookies will stop checkout from working.

Marketing: we only send offers if you ask us to. Every message includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also reply to any email or message us on WhatsApp to stop.

How long we keep it: order records and tax invoices are kept for five years, as UAE tax law requires. Account details are kept while your account is open and for 12 months afterwards. Enquiries are kept for 24 months.

Your rights: you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete your account, or object to marketing. Email info@botanve.co and we will respond within 30 days.

Children: this store is intended for business and adult customers, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Security: the store runs over HTTPS, passwords are stored hashed, and staff access to order data is limited and recorded. If a data breach affects you, we will inform you and the relevant authority.

Changes: if this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with its date. Last updated: September 2026.
